Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada and all countries of the European Union. Shipping is free and tracked on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes about 7 to 10 business days to the US and Canada, and 12 to 20 business days to Europe.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel step by step.
How do I pay?
At checkout, choose PayPal and enter your email address. If you have a PayPal account, you can log in and pay with it. If you don't, you can simply pay with your debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and other major cards), no PayPal account needed. All payments are processed securely by PayPal, and we never see or store your card details.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Our standard shipping methods are chosen to include import duties for the United States and the European Union, so in most cases there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay import fees, please contact us before paying.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Customers in the EU also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund policy for all the details.
My item arrived damaged or does not work. What do I do?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, and you do not need to send anything back.
How do I use the projector?
Plug it into any USB power source with a USB-C cable, insert a disc, point the head at your ceiling or wall and turn the focus ring until the image is sharp. It works best in a dark room. A user manual is included in the box.
