Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something is not right, we will make it right.

1. Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hiro.tumarae@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.

2. Changed your mind

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at hiro.tumarae@gmail.com to receive the return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong.

3. Right of withdrawal (customers in the European Union)

If you live in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To use this right, send us a clear statement by email (hiro.tumarae@gmail.com); you may use the model form below, but it is not required. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of return. You pay the direct cost of returning the item.

4. Legal guarantee

This policy does not limit your statutory rights. Customers in the European Union also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers defects that appear within 2 years of delivery.

5. Lost or late parcels

If your order has not arrived 30 days after the end of the estimated delivery window shown at checkout, contact us and we will reship your order or refund you in full.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal or card) within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or PayPal may need a few extra days to show the refund.
