Free tracked shipping
Shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada and the European Union. Every order ships with a tracking number.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Estimated delivery times (after processing)
- United States and Canada: 7 to 10 business days
- European Union: 12 to 20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or customs checks.
Where we ship from
Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouse. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Import duties and taxes
Our standard shipping methods are chosen to include import duties for the United States and the European Union, so in most cases there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay import fees on a standard order, please contact us before paying.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
Lost or late parcels
If your order has not arrived 30 days after the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will reship your order or refund you in full.
